We are searching for a high-quality lead teachers in a private early childhood setting, excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers.
Requirements:

- Preschool CDA certificate (RIECETP) or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field.
- 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting.
- Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.
Responsibilities:
- Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
- Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivator and problem solver.
- Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
- Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
- Someone wants to advance in their career.
